THE JUNGLE

----------

Go down to the bottom of the screen, turn right and stop at the phone

booths (Altar of ComTel =). GET the plate of food, GET the prayer mat, GET

the metal blade and GET the wooden pole. Select the wooden pole in your

inventory and ADD TO the metal blade to make a halberd (which will be

equipped automatically). Walk down and kill the Sentinel plant (whack it

quickly). After it is dead, SEARCH it to get some sentinel leaves (used

to create poison antidotes). Go up and exit the screen to the right.



Go to the right then down to the large open area. GET the rocks, kill the

dragonflies and GET the crowbar. Now, go back up to the right and take the

topmost exit to the right.



Go down to the ruined house and GET the stuffed bunny. You'll hear Old Jack

calling for help. Go down, kill the two creatures attacking him, and GET

the rubber tube. Old Jack will thank you and tell you to visit him in his

treehouse. Follow Old Jack to his treehouse but do NOT go up the ladder

yet. GET the old rags by the bridge. Exit on the bridge, then come right

back to this screen. GET the old rags again (you'll have 2 now). Go to the

right by the swingset and GET the spray cans. Go down near the toilet and

GET the bottle. Again, go up to the bridge, exit on the bridge, then

come right back. GET the old rags one more time (you'll have 3 now). Go

down to the toilet and GET another bottle. Go down to the bottom of the

screen and SEARCH the debris to find some tin cans. Exit down.



Go to the left, kill the Sentinel plant, search it to get some more leaves,

then climb the vine that is hanging there. Select the old rags in your

inventory and USE them on the fuel cap to open it. Select the rubber tube

in your inventory and ADD TO a bottle to create a bottle with a tube. USE

the bottle with a tube on the fuel tank to create a gasoline bottle. USE

the rubber tube again on second bottle and use the bottle with the tube

on the fuel tank to create a second gasoline bottle. Select the old rags

in your inventory and ADD TO the gasoline bottle to create a molotov

cocktail. Repeat this to create a second molotov. Climb down the vine.

Go right and take the exit up to the debris filled area.

walkthrough by Darksheer



Well, it was a good adventure but a bit easy to solve.

Anyway it has good gfx (at least funny) and non-complex

plot. It took me 1 day to finish it.



Get rope. Look at trashcan (you get a note), read note.

Exit room, go to kitchen. Get matches and a moldy bread.

Look at note, attached to fridge. Open fridge, get growth

potion. Get a crowbar and a fuse. Return to lab. Use

crowbar on the loose plank. Open fusebox and use fuse

on empty slot there. (Dont forget to pick up fuse from

fusebox after you will be able to leave mansion.)



At hall search lab coat for a stethoscope. Go upstairs

and use growth potion with plant. Use crowbar on pumpkin.



Enter a door to the right. Get a walkman and a hammer.

Also open a cabinet and get a videocassette.



Enter a door to the left. Turn lamp on. Move pillow to

get a small key. Open drawer, read note. Pick up remote

control.



Now enter library (a door in the middle) after you unlock

its door with a small key. Push a bookshelf to the right.

Use stethoscope with safe to open it. Get a key and floopy

disks.



Return to lab. Use 'Top Secret' floppy with floppy

toaster. Use monitor. Move elevator up. Go upstairs to

the room on the left. Open closet and enter it. Get

battery. Use it with remote control.Use rope with ring

and return to elevator/closet. Go downstairs to the door

without a handle. Use remote control on door. Enter door.

Get scissors, radio. Use scissors on pumpkin. Use video-

cassette on VCR and remote on TV. Get an arrow and video-

cassette back. Go all the way back to place where you tied

rope to ring and enter shaft. After some anims you appear

in sewer. Get piece of paper (it appears to be

blueprints). Use handle, push button. Use ladder to climb

up. Go to the cemetary. Examine tombstones and talk with

statue. You cannot past laser beams now so go back to

crossroads and go south. Talk to hippie and you should

swap your walkman for his gameson. Go to the park and

watch an alien teleporting. Go left and talk with Yodie.

After a long chatter give him blueprints, then radio and

a gameson. He tells you to wait and you go all way back

to the screen with a mansion and a path to the left. Walk

to the path and see a mansion. Use matches on mailbox,

return back to explosion site and see Sluggs. After chat

he will give you keys from observatory. Go left and to

the antique shop. After a LONG chat you will have oppor-

tunity to swap arrow for a diving suit. Go back to Yodi's.

Look at everything (note, runestone, parrot etc). Give

moldy bread to parrot. Take teleport engine, disassemble

it by clicking with mouse in inventory. Go to the obser-

vatory. Unlock door and enter. Look at painting. Use fuse

on empty slot (you picked up fuse from fuse box in man-

sion, didnt you?). Use circuit breaker. Go upstairs. Pull

lever, use telescope. Pull switch near computer. Use game-

son on slot and another floppy from your inventory on disk

drive. Press button and use monitor. Save coordinates of

spaceship onto cartridge. Exit menu. Get a gameson, put it

back in teleport engine. Pick up floppy. Now go to the

cemetary. Now you can tell the password to statue: "Look!

A blueberry!" and enter cave. Use diving suit on puddle.

Swim down and use picklock on chest. Get an old key from

chest. Swim to the surface and open door with old key.

Go down the ladder. Push button. Pull switch. Go up. Look

grating. Pull switch. Return to puddle and swim through

hole. Now a maze awaits (it can be very frustrating at

times but its easy enough). Your objective here is to

find a pickaxe in one of the rooms and then find an exit

on the top left corner of the screen. Here use pickaxe

on fence and run over rope to other section of maze. Here

your objective is to find a dead-end, where when you are

going to leave the room you'll see some creature and be

awarded a telephone number for teleport. Now return to

telephone booth and use teleport engine with wires and

telephone number with phone.

You appear on the ship. Use pumpkin mask. Enter door to

the left. Go all the way to elevator and you will need

a card to operate it. Return to the place where you

started and get a card (you cant do it earlier). Back

to elevator and use card. For your convenience I will

refer to the 5 columns, which you can select as desti-

nation as deck 1 -...- deck 5 from left to right. Go to

deck 3. Try a console - your card doesnt match. Go right.

Push button. Get ticket. Look ticket number. Repeat this

three times and you will get a pile of tickets and a

ticket machine will be broken.



Go to deck 4 - enter door. A guard will halt you but tell

him that Boss awaits him. Talk with prisoners. Go right -

you will see that guard has forgotten a card in the slot.

Get it and go to the elevator. Use guard's card and go

to deck 1. Talk with maintenance man and persuade him to

give you a badge.



Return to deck 3 - you can visit Boss now, because your

number matches the current queue number. Boss will give

you the right card. Go to deck 1 and use card on the slot,

enter door and use card on the slot again. Now go to the

deck 4 and use ring on slot at the very left of cells.

After that look at LCD to find out password to unlock

cell. Go to deck 3 and use guard's card on console. Now

that you know password scroll plans to the plan of cell

number 38 and select option to unlock it. After all this

use elevator to get to cell at deck 4.

Tech Parameter

come by, so make mineral production a priority at your base locations.

Basic Tips:

* Try not to feel stressed in picking up all the crops when they are ready for

harvest. The crops will never go bad and you can pick them up on your own pace.

Water is a necessity when they are growing; if you don't give them ample water

they will die.



* After you successfully grow your first crop, visit the market and put it up for

sale. At this time, you can set the price as high as you want and the customer

will buy it. As soon as your crop is sold, visit the shop. The two most important

upgrades to buy first are the five box stacker and the water jug upgrade.



* When time is running out and the day is about to end, immediately harvest some

crops. You then need to visit the market and sell them. Doing this each day will

allow you to gain more profits.



* Try not to plant crops in a continuous line. Allow spacing after a line of four

or five crops. Then when you unlocked the sprinkler upgrade, you can properly

place it between the rows.



* Paying attention to the demand level of the crops is another important aspect of

the game. You will need to adjust your pricing based on the demand levels at a

certain time. Here are some pricing guidelines to follow during different demand

levels:



Extremely low : $2

Very low : $3-4

Low : $4-5

Below average : $5

Average : $6-7

Above average : $8-9

High : $10-11

Very high : $12-13

Extremely high: $14-15





* When you adjust your pricing and begin to start selling your crops, you can continue

harvesting. The crops will continue to sell in the background and it will save valuable

time for the day.



* In the later stages, try to put as many cows as possible in a fenced area. Cows produce

a bottle of milk in around two minutes. The game will auto collect the milk for you.

If you have four cows, you will have thirty two bottles of milk per day.





ADVANCED STRATEGIES:

The highest grade in the game an "A+". In order to achieve this you have to max out all

the meters (knowledge, wealth, popularity, and health) and acquire all the trophies.

Here are the breakdowns of each meter:





Knowledge:

To improve your knowledge during the game, buy the store keepers items as soon as possible,

have a good variety of flowers and crops, and buy as many books as possible throughout

the game.





Wealth:

-------

Every animal and crop should be on your farm. You need to continue to buy all new shop items

and obtain all awards. Your cash on hand should be over $1000.





Popularity:

-----------

This meter is based on sales of the last ten days. You need to sell about twenty five boxes

of crops for ten straight days. Popularity also depends on how you are noticed in Aliceville.

Try donating money to charity when asked, and have articles written in the newspaper.





Health:

-------

Although the health meter won't affect Alice's pace of work, it will affect the customers at

the market. The customers will buy more crops if Alice is healthy.

Tips and Tricks:

----------------

When you started playing, and when you are going to sell your 1st box of

tomato, set it to the highest $. ($20) so that you can buy more things at

a later stage. If someone calls and ask you to learn or whatever, you just

keep pressing yes. It will help you, and get your money back.



*watering the crops: If you had buy the hose that can help you water, it

can only help to water 10u. So, when digging, try to make 8u. And since

there are 20 seeds in a bag, 2 boxes(16u) will go to ONE seed bag. If

there are new seeds or whatever thing, Don't be so excited to buy. Round

off your money first then you buy.

*setting the price: If you want to set the price, base on the demand. If it

is low, set it lower as if it is high, set to higher. If you do not follow

the demand, you will sell your crops real slow. (execpt the 1st box of

tomato you sell at tutorial.)

*Decorating: If you want to get the garden award, then you buy decorations.

It will cost alot. (For some)

*Sabotage: If someone calls to ask you if you want to sabotage your competetors,

try not to agree. If it fails, your popular will fall and sometime, very high.

*Animals: they will help you to earn more money. But try to keep the chicken away

from your crops. (place them far away. If they come near, just go to the place

were they are and they will run off.)

*Slow growing crops: Buy fertilizer and put on it. It will grow faster.

*Digging on the wrong: If you had dig wrongly, buy grass seed and plant it back.

*harvesting: 1 box can only contain 4pcs(Only 1 kind).

*Do not want to walk to far?: If your crops is far away from the rench, buy 1

more and put it near. (not complus).

*Problems: If you had buy the hose for watering the crops, and still it need

water,(included that if the hose can reach it) it may be 'bugs' close the game

and re-open. It shall be watered by then.





Harvesting:

-----------

*You do not need to pick up all the crops when they are ready for harvest. The crops

Replenish heath:

----------------

If your health is low and Sydney is breathing like she is tired,

get away from all targets and wait for awhile. Her health meter

will go back up.



Note: This may take awhile.





Elevator code:

--------------

On the Asylum mission, there is an elevator. The code for the

elevator is "4747". You can get the code by talking to Neil

Caplain, who is located in one of the padded cells.





Getting DNA:

------------

When you are trying to get the man's DNA and must follow him,

when you get in the room with all the picnic tables go to the

right side of the door and stand there. He will walk by time

after time until you get all of his DNA. You will then fight

him, escape from the Asylum, then move on to the Embassy level.





Fire alarms:

------------

When at the end and you have to turn on all the fire alarms, one

is in Basement 2. Note: After you turn on all the alarms you must

hurry to the ballroom and fight three men, then find Dixon and

escape.
